The High Temp PT1000 sensor is commonly use with Resol, Dux brands it is reliable and easily installed into solar hot water system, comes complete with pre-wired junction.

Positioning the Roof Sensor
The PT1000 sensor should be fitted into a metal immersion ‘pocket’ in the manifold or panel sensor pocket or hot water outlet pipe. Apply plenty of heat transfer compound between the sensor and the lining of the pocket. Seal the sensor with neutral cure sealant and install external lagging. CARE! the cable should also be insulated from the bare copper pipe. Note the junsction is suited for internal only installation.
