Disappointed in the quality of this stem thermostat- finding they only last 12-18 months- your service is fantastic , only wish the thermostat was hardier Tim, Thanks for the comments thermostats can fail early due to incorrect installation of the electrical supply causing a hot connection. happy to advise.

Replacement of item
Required a new thermostat to replace unit in very old hot water system. Found this unit as an almost equivalent unit. It works perfectly resulting in greatly reduced hot water bills. Very happy with it.
