We ship "Same-Day" if your order is placed before 12.00 noon for +90%** of the range online, weekend orders will be shipped the first business day after.

We Offer "Click & Collect" from our Carrum Downs Warehouse in Melbourne, come in and say hello at the showroom.

• Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of plumbonline and we will advise you if this happens where we can.
• Orders are shipped from Melbourne and will be delivered by our carriers. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking information so you know what is happening with your purchase.
• If you're not around when delivery is attempted, the driver will either leave your order in a safe place or a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your plumbonline order.

Large Items - Pallets

• Some products are shipped on pallets and are Depot collection "Metro" for unlisted "regional" addresses plumbonline only charge the extra with NO margin added.
• Pallet delivery can be arranged at extra cost "door to door" please note that if you need a tailgate lift, it costs extra. plumbonline only pass on the additional charge. Our sales & warehouse staff are only too happy to arrange the service you need to meet your requirements and budget.

International Customers

At plumbonline, we use the Australia Post network to deliver Internationally (up to 20 KGS). For larger consignments, we have multiple options and services to meet your requirements and budget.

Can I Click & Collect?

Absolutely you can! We understand that sometimes you can't wait for that delivery van and you need the parts right now! So we offer a popular Click & Collect service at our Carrum Downs warehouse. Shop conveniently online and pick up at our newly opened counter.

WHAT IS CLICK & COLLECT?

• Click & Collect allows you to purchase goods through the plumbonline website and pick them up from our warehouse at a time convenient to you.
• When you use Click & Collect to buy online, your goods are paid for before you arrive, so all you need to do is collect and go.
• We aim to have your Click & Collect order ready to collect within 1 - 4 business hours, we will email you when your order is "Ready for Collection" IF there is a delay our team will notify you ASAP.
• Please bring your confirmation email and photo ID to the online pick-up counter.

• Q. Is there an extra charge for Click & Collect?
• There is no additional charge for Click & Collect.
• Q. What do I need to bring when collecting?
• The order number: This will be in the ‘Ready for collection’ order confirmation email.
• Valid physical photo ID: For the nominated pickup person (current, driver's license, passport or Au Post Keypass).
• Proof of age: Required to collect items containing Dangerous Goods.
• Q.Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order?
• Yes, you can nominate someone to collect the goods on your behalf when placing your order. 
• To nominate someone else to pick up your order just add;
• First name, Last name and Mobile number to the "Notes/Comments" section during the checkout process so that we know who's coming for your order.
• Remember they will need valid physical photo ID.
• Q. Will you load my EXTRA LARGE items?
• You will require a vehicle large enough for safe transport and multiple persons for safe handling.
• We can lift pallets onto trailers/trucks, we do not take any responsibility from that point.

Where Is My Closest Transport Hub for Bulky Palletised Products

We have kept shipping simple and ultra-competitive so you can get your hands on order for the best price possible! Below are the transport hubs that are used by most fright companies, there are additional charges for some locations so please call our team for an individual quote.*

Things to consider, some items i.e. Solar Hot Water Systems are over 200KG so a tail lift is required, this option adds to the final cost, a popular option is to collect from the depot. We are happy to advise the best solution to meet your requirements and budget.

Most depots are open between 8am and 6pm weekdays. However, some country depots may have restricted hours, especially their closing time. We prefer you go to your local depot between 10am and 4pm weekdays. Where a consignment is to be picked up from a depot, we will call you when the consignment is available for collection
