Poor delivery service
Paid $50 dollars for delivery and waited 4 days. Very disappointing delivery service. Just putting the record straight so there’s no confusion for anyone reading along. Your order was placed on Saturday 13th at 2:13pm, which falls outside business hours. It was packed and dispatched on the next business day, Monday, and delivery was completed on Thursday 18 December at 10:11am. So that’s business-day handling & delivery during the busiest freight period of the year. We appreciate that waiting for parts is frustrating, especially in December, but this one moved exactly as booked with the carrier. The team at plumbonline wish you & your family a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
