We have given this product 4 out of 5 as it is newly installed...for our solar hot water system. The company we purchased it from on the net were great, very helpful to talk with l and the only one who would help us in regards to our controller. It is working well and if it continues in this manner it should be 5 out of 5 rating. It is a pity when having trouble with your solar hot water system, no one wants to help, we did all of our own research and thank you to Plumbonline....for all is going well with our new controller system.
