How it Works

- Choose how you want to return your faulty TEK321 “courier/mail” OR “in person”
- Returning your TEK321 Control:
- “Courier/mail” – Ship your faulty TEK321 to – plumbonline “Change Over Service” Factory 6, 30 Network Drive, Carrum Downs VIC 3201. Make sure it's well protected! Once we receive your faulty control we will express post your reconditioned TEK321.
- “In person” – We will notify you once your reconditioned TEK321 is ready for collection. Bring in your faulty controller to collect your reconditioned TEK321.

No hassle
An easy way to repair an old unit. When our old Brivis Wombat started to get a mind of it's own I sort of knew the controller was the issue. I was a little afraid i'd be hard pushed to find a replacement part for the 28 year old heater but one popped up on plumbonline in a Google search. It was an easy exchange, part was posted the next day. Now our heater runs as smooth as it did when new. Thanks plumbonline!
